  • Setup fees and once-off services


3. Project-Based Services (Websites, Apps, Branding)

3.1 Before Work Begins
  • If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered
  • Any administrative or consultation fees may be deducted
3.2 After Work Has Started
  • Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued
  • This includes design drafts, development work, or any progress made
3.3 Completed Projects
  • Once a project is completed and delivered, it is non-refundable


4. Subscription Services (Hosting, Maintenance, Systems)

4.1 Monthly Plans
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed
  • You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges
4.2 Annual Plans
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation
  • In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion
4.3 Cancellation
  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time


5. Domain Registrations

  • Domain purchases and renewals are strictly non-refundable
  • Once registered, domains cannot be reversed or cancelled


6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including:

  • Payment gateway fees (e.g., Paystack)
  • Hosting providers
  • External tools or integrations


7. Failed Payments or Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services
  • We reserve the right to recover any outstanding fees


8. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases where:

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service
  • A technical issue prevents service activation

All exceptions are handled at our sole discretion.
