- We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability

- Clients are responsible for renewals unless managed by us
- Failure to renew may result in domain loss
8.3 Suspensions
Services may be suspended for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse or misuse
- Security risks
9. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided based on your selected plan.
This may include:

- Technical support
- System monitoring
Requests outside your plan may be billed separately.
