About the Role
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll ensure every new client has a smooth and successful start with Bizz Life Solutions. You’ll configure systems, guide clients through implementation, provide training, and ensure they feel confident using our software from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate new client onboarding projects.
- Configure software according to client requirements.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Import and validate client data where required.
- Assist clients during implementation.
- Document onboarding progress.
- Collaborate with Sales and Development teams.
- Ensure clients achieve a successful launch.

- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SaaS software is advantageous.
